Goniatite Fossil

Goniatities are an extinct group of ammoniums. These cephalopods, related to the octopus and squid, swam the Earth’s oceans approximately 380 million years ago. 
These particular fossils are from Morocco.

Goniatites are a very powerful earth healing fossil. Its spiral shape symbolizes continual change and evolution. Goniatites have absorbed cosmic energy over eons of time and help to stimulate the life force (Chi) within.
Goniatites are often used for activating Kundalini and life path energies. They draw off all negative energies. Think of the Goniatites spirals as a filter, drawing in these dense energies which are no longer needed, moving them through the spirals and releasing them as fresh, positive, loving life force energies. Goniatites are associated with the Root Chakra and  encourage ones survival instincts and are grounding.

The round specimen measures 9cm across and the tear drop shape is10cm x 8cm ( please note this specimen has a natural occurring crack ). Both specimens gave sparkly bits through the black.
