NATURE YOGA  & MEDITATION

Nature Yoga & Meditation is an excursion of sorts.

We meet at Narangba but set off in the 4wd to a location in nature for privacy and connection to the Earth,Elements and Animals.

From the Ocean to the Mountains and Bushlands who knows where we will end up with our mats and crystal bowls.

These classes will be fun, full of learning, gentle classes and will finish with healing and meditation.

numbers are strictly limited to 4 to ensure you receive the attention and guidance  you deserve.

Each monthly excursion will have its own event on our facebook page as we will need to allow travelling time to and from our remote locations and of course will be subject to weather permitting, however i do have a few options for covered venues.
