Lomi Lomi is an hawaiian style of massage that can bring significant shifts within your body and inner world. Allowing you freedom from old patterns of limitation and more of natural happiness and freedom of being.

Lomi Lomi cleanses and detoxifies enhancing all homeostatic systems and organs of your body. Invites deep relaxation of your body and mind, while enhancing circulation, improving skin, hair, muscle tone and posture.

Karen uses a combination of hot crystals, therapeutic grade essential oils, toning(sound healing), and Reiki within this treatment to give you total relaxation and healing.

Each session is approximately but not limited to one hour as each individuals needs are different.

At the completion of your treatment we offer a cool lemon water or herbal tea and discussion time as you settle back into the physical body before driving home.

Total treatment/tea time is approximately 1.20hrs.  Karen highly recommends the Ionic foot detox as a combination with this service to really boost wellbeing and detoxification.
