Yoga Classes
Yoga classes are suitable for all levels.
Karen intuitively guides the class with a combination of vinyasa flow and yin yoga offering multi levels for each pose. Every class ends with a small guided meditation, crystal bowl sound bath and or chanting.
Props are supplied if you do not have your own. Class is approximately 75 mins long.
If you have an injury or health issue please contact me before class. Please note I do not wish to have pregnant women in my classes.
Please bring a water bottle.
